Returns & Exchanges

At Yoto, we want you to love your new look, but if it's not a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the items are in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
